The American Benefits Council will hold a one-hour webinar on March 5 to discuss important health policy reforms included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (CAA 2026) and recently proposed regulations from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) requiring pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to disclose information about their compensation to self-insured group health plans.
